TEAM 4 Kids is growing! We are excited to announce TEAM 4 Kids 3.0 will be in Avondale located at 1585 N. 113th Ave Suite 102. Our Avondale location will feature a parent lounge, sibling lounge, messy play room, theme room, individual treatment rooms, group rooms, our biggest gym yet and much more! All services (speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, feeding therapy and ABA) will be offered at this location.
