Interview with Abrianna

Tell us about yourself

Hello! My name is Abrianna and I have worked at TEAM 4 Kids for a little over a year. I have lived in Arizona almost my whole life and love living here. I am currently going to school is get my Bachelor’s degree in Childhood Disorders and hope to one day be a BCBA. I have a cat named Salem who is my world.

Why did you become a Registered Behavior Technician?

I became an RBT because I have always wanted to help others. I also love working with kids and love to watch them learn and grow. I always had this feeling of wanting to make a difference in the world, and this gives me the opportunity to make that difference each session.

Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being adaptable?

I think my coworkers nominated be for adaptable because I believe I can take on any challenge thrown at me. I am also up to any changes that may be made to my schedule or treatment plans.

What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?

The thing I love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids is my coworkers and the support I get from my BCBAs. I wouldn’t be able to do my job without the help of my Peoria ABA family. They always come to help when needed and make sure I feel appreciated. I also love working with the kids and being able to see their little personalities and be able to make a difference.

If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?

If I could have one wish come true, it would probably be to have a million dollars. I could buy myself a house and it could help me pay for school.
