Interview with Adara
Tell us about yourself
Hi! My name is Adara, and I’ve been an RBT for almost five years. I recently finished my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, staying active, and planning my wedding.
Why did you become a Registered Behavior Technician?
I became an RBT because I wanted to use my degree in psychology. One of our colleagues, Kenzie, recommended that I give ABA a try, and I’ve been here ever since.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being Humorous?
I guess I make some pretty silly remarks! More than anything, I think there’s always a good reason to laugh. We work in a field where laughter can go a long way, and I enjoy bringing a little lightheartedness and fun to the day.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I enjoy collaborating with the team and being part of an environment that encourages growth and celebrates milestones. The free Hyatt hotel stays are also a pretty nice perk when it comes to climbing the ladders!
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
My one wish would be to live a long, full life filled with love, lots of happiness, and minimal regrets.
