Interview with Dinah
Tell us about yourself
I grew up in Southern California but have called Arizona home for the past five years—and I’ve come to love it here. Family means everything to me, and I value spending meaningful time with the people I care about. I’m happiest outdoors, especially when I can escape to the mountains to enjoy the cooler weather and green landscapes.
Why did you become an HR Generalist?
I began my journey at T4K as a Patient Care Coordinator and, through growth and new opportunities, transitioned into a Human Resources role. I’ve truly enjoyed applying my interpersonal and problem-solving skills to support the mission of T4K.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being diligent?
I consistently try to approach all tasks with focus, responsibility, and attention to detail. I strive to deliver high-quality work, even under pressure or when no one is watching. Whether it’s meeting deadlines, supporting a team, or handling challenges, I want to ensure I am putting in all the necessary effort to get the job done accurately and quickly.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I truly value the growth opportunities, supportive coworkers, and work-life balance at T4K. Since joining the team, I’ve experienced both professional development and personal milestones, including becoming a new mom. At every stage, T4K has offered consistent support and encouragement!
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
My wish would be to teleport so I could visit my siblings and parents more often!
