Interview with Eila

Tell us about yourself

I am a new BCBA graduate who is so happy and grateful to be growing in this role.

Why did you become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst?

I became a BCBA because I am super passionate about behavior change, especially helping kiddos with challenging behaviors. I love being a part of a process that gives someone the opportunity to learn new skills that make their life more meaningful, fulfilling, and independent.

Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being Inspirational?

I am honestly so humbled that I was nominated! I think they may have nominated me because I try to push everyone to see and step into the best versions of themselves every day, both personally and professionally.

What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?

I love working with a team that slowly but surely becomes a family, all striving to make the best possible environment for our clients. It’s incredible to see not only the clients grow and learn but also the therapists challenge themselves and continue to grow while creating a fun and therapeutic environment.

What is your favorite inspiring quote?

“Everything will be okay in the end. If it’s not okay, it’s not the end.”
