Interview with Emma
Tell us about yourself
My name is Emma and I am a BAC/RBT at T4K! I recently graduated from ASU with my master’s degree in ABA and am finishing up my fieldwork hours to become a BCBA! I am originally from a suburb of Chicago and love traveling and spending time outside.
Why did you become a Registered Behavior Technician?
I became an RBT to help achieve my dream to become a BCBA and I love helping kids learn and grow.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being ambitious?
I think my coworkers nominated me because I am constantly working to better myself, grow, and learn as much as possible. I also see the potential in others and push them to reach their goals.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I love my Peoria ABA family and how everyone shows up for each other no matter what. I also love the mentorship from my supervisor, she is the best!
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
If I could have one wish come true it would be to pass my BCBA exam on the first try. 🤞
