Interview with Halina
Tell us about yourself
Hi, I’m Halina! I was born in southern California and moved to Arizona ever since I was little. I have a bachelor’s degree in Digital Video and work in the theater industry as an Auditorium Site Specialist where I get to work all sorts of live events. I like playing video games, watching movies, reading books, music, crafting, and shopping. I love cats and I have a black cat named Yuzu.
Why did you become a therapy aide?
I like jobs where everyday is different. It’s endlessly entertaining and joyful working with kids and having coworkers with the same mindset. I also like the aspect of directly working with kids as I find it to be the most rewarding experience.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being imaginative?
I think I can be a little crazy and I’m not afraid of showing it. Once you get to know me, I’m unabashedly myself. I like being true to myself. It’s fun to show off your personality!
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I like that we get to laugh and have fun every day while changing children’s lives for the better.
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
I wish I could live forever so that I can experience everything I want in one lifetime. There’s too many things I want to do and too many things I want to see!
