Interview with Heather
Tell us about yourself
Hi! I’m Heather and I am a Community Education Coordinator for TEAM 4 Kids. I was born in Georgia but grew up in Colorado and Pennsylvania. I moved to Arizona with my husband in 2001. Besides my husband, I have two kids. I love the ocean and the beach, traveling, going to concerts, trying new food places, hiking, and spending time with my family and friends. My daughter plays club soccer and my son runs track. That keeps us pretty busy but I love watching them and supporting them doing something they love.
Why did you become a Community Education Coordinator?
I became a Community Education Coordinator because I have a passion for marketing. I love being able to educate people out in our communities on this wonderful company, TEAM 4 Kids!
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being empathetic?
I think my co-workers nominated me for empathetic because I do care about how people are feeling. I experience other people’s emotions as if they were my own and I want them to feel heard.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
There are a lot of things I love about working for TEAM 4 Kids. I feel very blessed to be a part of this company. One of the top ones is my coworkers and the owners. They are caring, fun, talented, and truly amazing people! There is a big sense of family here.
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
If I could have one wish, it would be to have 10 more wishes!
