Interview with Jamey
Tell us about yourself
I have been with TEAM 4 Kids for five years, and during that time this organization has truly become a second family to me. I am happily married and incredibly grateful for my supportive partner, and together we are raising our three beautiful daughters. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and taking weekend trips to Prescott and Flagstaff. Recently, I’ve also picked up crocheting, which has become a relaxing and enjoyable hobby.
Why did you become a Billing Specialist?
I became a billing specialist because I genuinely enjoy helping others and have a strong understanding of insurance. I realized that my background could be used to advocate for families and help ensure they receive the services they need. Knowing that my work can make a real difference in someone’s life is what motivates me every day.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being Inspirational?
I enjoy working with others, helping wherever I can, and sharing knowledge to help those around me grow. I like being someone who can step in, problem-solve, and find solutions when challenges arise. Being a reliable resource and supporting my coworkers by answering questions or working through issues together is something I truly value. Thank you to my coworkers for this incredible honor and for making TEAM 4 Kids such a supportive and inspiring place to be. I’m grateful to be part of this team and look forward to continuing to grow and serve together. 💙
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
There are so many things I love about working at TEAM 4 Kids. My coworkers are truly like family, and I appreciate the fun, supportive environment we share. I love the impact we make and the lives we change together. Every person on this team brings something special, and that’s what makes TEAM 4 Kids such an amazing place to work.
What is your favorite inspiring quote?
“See a need, fill a need” – Robots. The quote is often used as a motto for volunteerism and innovation, and it strongly reflects how I approach my work and my life.
