Interview with Jen
Tell us about yourself
I am a wife and mother to four energetic boys who keep me on my toes every day. I have a passion for cooking and love experimenting with new recipes. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether camping under the stars, hiking in the woods, or having fun at the beach. My greatest joy comes from sharing these experiences with my family and making lasting memories together.
Why did you become the clinical director?
I became a Clinical Director so that I could learn more about the business side of a company while still being involved with the therapy departments. I loved treating and leading the fabulous team of speech pathologist at TEAM 4 Kids however there is so much more behind the scenes that I wanted to learn about.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being motivational?
I believe I was nominated because I constantly seek to improve myself by learning from my mistakes, learning new things, and striving to become the best version of myself.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
What I love about TEAM 4 Kids is the incredible team of employees. From the owners and administrative staff to the talented therapists, I have learned something from each one of them. The staff at TEAM 4 Kids makes every day enjoyable!
