Interview with Kayla
Tell us about yourself
Hi!! I’m Kayla! I love to read, go on hikes, be active, sing, act and dance! Anytime I get the chance to perform in a theatrical show, I jump right on it! Oh, and I am also a Disney lover!
Why did you become a registered behavior technician?
I became an RBT because I have always had a love for children and how awesome their minds can be! And how all children interpret things differently! And I’ve always wanted to make an impact on children’s lives! So that’s where becoming an RBT came in!
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for selflessness?
I think my coworkers nominated me for selflessness because I am always willing to help when someone needs it! I want my coworkers to thrive and succeed around me so, I would do anything to make that happen for them!
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
What I love most about TEAM 4 kids is all the opportunities we get here! I have been working here for a little over a year and I have been climbing ladders, wearing different hats, participating in T4K events, and heck, we even have employee spotlights that we can nominate our coworkers for!! And all of this would not be possible if it wasn’t for the most generous bosses in the world, Bob and Lisa Herrmann!
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
If I could have one wish come true, it would be for everyone in the world to be more kind. That’s what our world needs right now. Kindness! You never know what someone is going through! 🙂
