Interview with Kayla
Tell us about yourself
I am a speech, feeding, and lactation therapist who enjoys playing games and doing crafts in my free time. I have 2 dogs and I am getting married next year!
Why did you become a speech-language pathologist?
I became an SLP to help others communicate and navigate the world. I think being an SLP is one of the most rewarding jobs and I am so thankful to be able to work as an SLP, CLC at TEAM 4 Kids!!
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for selflessness?
I am extremely honored to have been nominated as selfless. It brings me joy to see others thrive. I think I was nominated because I try to do anything I can to help my coworkers and clients succeed ❤️
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I love the dedication and support I feel from all levels of the team. The owners, department leads, and my coworkers all support my career goals and take time to check in on me daily. I have never felt so supported or inspired at a job!
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
I would wish to have unlimited energy to complete all the tasks and chores I need!
