Tell us about yourself
I am Kayleen and I am 20 years old. I used to play soccer competitively and in college, I now play pickleball, go hiking, working out, and I enjoy anything outside.
Why did you become a Registered Behavior Technician?
I become an RBT because I love working with kids, making a difference, and creating a positive impact in their life.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being Festive?
I think my coworkers nominated me because I always dress up and am in the holiday spirit.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I love the environment, my coworkers, and the room to grow in the company.
What is your favorite holiday tradition?
My favorite holiday tradition is doing Secret Santa with my family for Christmas.
