Tell us about yourself
Hi, I am Keith! I have been working with kids since 2019! When I am not working I prefer to enjoy my time at the gym, snowboarding, golfing, or eating!
Why did you become a BCBA?
I became a BCBA because I was able to observe the direct impact one could have on children’s lives. I decided that I too wanted to improve their quality of life in my career.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being motivational?
I think my coworkers may have nominated me for motivational as I make it a point to be a hype man and push others to be the best version of themself.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I love the work environment that is created amongst colleagues and the opportunity to observe the impact that all disciplines play in a child’s growth.
What is your favorite motivational quote?
My favorite inspirational quote is to be “1% better every day” in whichever area of development is your focus.
