Interview with Kenzie
Tell us about yourself
I am a family girl, I love to spend time with my loved ones. I also love to get to know new people and always bring good energy to make others laugh.
Why did you become an RBT?
I became an RBT because I love working with kids and I truly love seeing them progress and grow. I’m always rooting for them.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being optimistic?
I think I was nominated because even on hard days I want to make sure everyone is in good spirits. I’d like to always see the good in any obstacle that is brought to me. Keeping a positive outlook keeps me in the best headspace I need to be in.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
What I love most about working at TEAM 4 Kids is all my colleagues. Everyone truly is there for one another and it makes me so happy to see everyone put their best foot forward for the kids.
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
One wish I would want to come true is to take my whole family on a trip to Italy, that’s one place I always wanted to go to.
