Tell us about yourself
Why did you become a registered behavior technician?
I became an RBT, because it gave me purpose, and it felt like I was contributing to someone’s greatness and growth. I can say I was a part of that person’s success.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being reliable?
I am the one they come to for assistance and guidance. If I don’t have the answer they know I will get it for them. I’m their #1 cheerleader and push for all of them to succeed.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I love that the company invests in you. They give you the tools to succeed in your job and they have great benefits you can work for within the company.
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
