Tell us about yourself
Hi, I’m Maddi and I was born and raised in Arizona! In my free time, I love spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and kayaking. I also love to bake sourdough, read, and spend time with my family and friends. I have 2 dogs named Archer and Beau!
Why did you become an Occupational Therapist?
I became an OT because I wanted to help people in a meaningful way. I love that I get to help kids reach their goals and become more independent every day!
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being Adaptive and Innovative?
I think that my coworkers nominated me for being adaptable and innovative because I try my best to individualize activities during my sessions to make things more engaging and motivating. Every session is unique!
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I love working for TEAM 4 Kids because of the supportive and fun environment. I feel lucky to be part of a team that is so passionate about helping children and encouraging one another!
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
If I could have one wish come true, it would be having unlimited free flights to travel the world! I love seeing new places and learning about different cultures.
