Interview with Mi
Tell us about yourself
I graduated from ASU with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and will be pursuing an OTD program this fall to become an occupational therapist! I enjoy doing all kinds of arts and crafts: painting, calligraphy, crocheting, and making fun things with my Cricut. I am also a food lover and enjoy trying new places in the valley!
Why did you become a Clinical Director Assistant?
I have always enjoyed creating, experimenting, and collaborating with others on various projects. This position allows me to be creative and work with others to bring amazing ideas to life!
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being Innovative?
I think my coworkers nominated me for being innovative because I am always up for a new project or exploring a different way to do things!
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I love the collaborative, fun, and welcoming environment that we have at Team 4 Kids. Everyone is so encouraging, positive, and friendly to one another. It truly feels like we are one big family working together!
If you could have 1 wish come true, what would it be?
I would wish for everyone to see the goodness in themselves and one another! We’re not perfect, but we all have good traits!
