Interview with Michael

Tell us about yourself

I love sports, mainly football, basketball, and baseball. I do not do a whole lot outside of work, but I love what I do here. I play a lot of video games, mostly sports, of course. I love spending time with my family and my girlfriend.

Why did you become a registered behavior technician?

I became an RBT because of how I was raised. I was brought up being taught that I should help others in any way I can. My mother is a special education teacher and introduced me to the field. From that first day on, I knew this was what I wanted to do.

Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being Generous?

I think my coworkers nominated me because I live by the golden rule: treat others how you want to be treated. I work hard to make everyone feel better throughout the day.

What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?

I love the people and relationships built at TEAM 4 Kids. All the people I work with are just as kind and generous as I am, because that’s the kind of atmosphere that was built here.

If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?

If I had one wish that would come true, it would be for the health and wellness of the people around me, like my family, friends, and the TEAM!
