Interview with Ricki

Tell us about yourself

I am a smiley introvert who loves to make other people smile.

Why did you become a Speech-Language Pathologist?

I became an SLP so that I can play a part in helping others form friendships, maintain relationships, and be a happy and functioning member of the community!

Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being generous?

I think I was nominated for being generous because if I can offer something that will help improve someone’s day or help put a smile on someone’s face, I will do it! A small act of kindness can mean so much and go a long way.

What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?

What I love most about working at TEAM 4 Kids is the company culture! To have a team that you can depend on, a team that shares similar work goals, a team that encourages each other to be the best version of themselves, that is unlike any other company or organization, and it’s wonderful!

If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?

My ultimate one wish would be for everyone to have an abundance of happiness and satisfaction in their lives. A smaller, more individualized wish would be that I could sing! I love to sing, and I’m going to sing regardless, so if I could sing well, that would be beneficial for all!
