Employee Spotlight – Sara Reid

Interview with Sara

Tell us about yourself

I am an Occupational Therapist and I am originally from Chicago, IL.  I love my family, friends, and coworkers.  I love to travel and have enjoyed living and exploring Arizona for the past 1 and a half years!

Why did you become an Occupational Therapist?

I have always wanted to be in a job where I got to help other people and found OT to be the perfect blend of helping people both physically and emotionally, all while having fun doing it!

Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being Kind?

I am always working to make sure my coworkers are happy and help out when I can here at Team 4 Kids so that might be why I was nominated!

What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?

I love my clients and seeing them make progress and my coworkers too!

If you could recommend 1 method for spreading kindness, what would it be?

I would say to remember that even a small kind action can go a long way and to treat others the way you want to be treated.
