Interview with Stephanie
Tell us about yourself
My name is Stephanie, and I am a BCBA here at T4K. I have 4 young children of my own whom I spend most of my free time with. I enjoy to gardening and cooking.
Why did you become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst?
I originally was a preschool special education teacher and realized I was drawn to the kids who exhibited more challenging behaviors. I had previously worked as an RBT while pursuing my master’s and decided to go back to school to complete the coursework to become a BCBA. I have not regretted that choice since!
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being Reliable?
I am honored that my coworkers chose me for reliability. I strive to be consistent for my team and keep the lines of communication open!
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
I absolutely love my team! The culture, the support I receive, and the kiddos I get to spend my days with!
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
My one wish would be for more compassion across the world.
