Basic Information: I was born in Louisiana, grew up in Houston and attended college at Louisiana State University where I received my Bachelors in Psychology. I went on to obtain my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from University of St.Augustine where I developed an after-school program for elementary aged children focusing on facilitating volition, self-competence, and creativity through technical theatre.
Interests and Hobbies: I love to read, do puzzles, play video games and spend time outside when it’s not too hot! I also enjoy spending time with my cat who is super energetic and loves to play.
Favorite Place to Travel: My favorite place that I have travelled to is Prague. I was fortunate enough to live there for six weeks and loved experiencing all of their history!
Favorite Quote:“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” – Neale Donald Walsch
What I Love Most About Working with Children: I love how working with children encourages me to think on my feet. I enjoy being creative and solving puzzles, and working with each individual child presents a unique opportunity to evolve as a practitioner.
