Speech Language Pathology Assistant

Basic Information: I was born & raised here in Arizona and graduated from Glendale Community College with an Associate Arts Degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences as well as earned my Speech Language Pathology Assistant Certification at Estrella Mountain Community College in 2024! I am a dog momma to Lola; a boxer & corgi mix whom I got from a fellow TEAMmate! I have two older brothers; one of whom we share the same birthday- just 15 years apart 🙂 I also have 3 nephews and 1 niece whom I LOVE to spend time with and spoil! They’re the best! I am so grateful to be in this field and am looking forward to continuing my speech journey and helping kids/families achieve their communication goals & milestones.

Interests and Hobbies: I love a good craft, scrapbooking, or DIY! I also enjoy curling up with a good book, going to the gym, camping with my family, exploring new coffee shops, farmers’ markets, festivals, or food places with friends, and shopping! I also absolutely love concerts and am always wanting to go to more!!!

Favorite Place to Travel: I absolutely love both the mountains and the beach!! An Arizona staycation exploring Flagstaff, Sedona, or Prescott is always such a good time! I have also visited Colorado a few times with my boyfriend and fell in love with it!! I definitely would love to do more traveling! A few things on my bucket list would be Glacier National Park in Montana, the Grand Tetons in Wyoming, and Italy.

What I Love Most About Working with Children: There is nothing more rewarding than being a part of a client finding their voice, achieving milestones, and overcoming challenges. I love being able to build relationships with the kiddos and create a space where therapy feels comfortable and fun!! Making a difference while building connections, having a good time, and laughing along the way is my favorite part of what I do!
