Occupational Therapist

Basic Information: I was born in California and spent my childhood in the San Fernando Valley before moving to Phoenix, Arizona where I have lived for over 10 years now! I completed my undergraduate degree at Arizona State University with a double major in Psychology and Criminology/Criminal Justice. I later attended A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona and graduated with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. I have always had a passion for working with children and have enjoyed my experiences throughout the years working in after-school programs through ASU America Reads, as a habilitation/respite provider, and as a special education teacher.

Interests and Hobbies: In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, traveling to new places, discovering new foodie spots, jamming on my ukulele, and having game nights!

Favorite Place to Travel: I love going anywhere with a beach! My favorite beaches include El Matador Beach and Zuma Beach in Malibu, California. I also love going to Disneyland and can’t wait to explore their other parks around the world!

Favorite Quote: “It always seems impossible until it is done.” – Nelson Mandela

What I Love Most About Working with Children: I love the endless opportunities to be creative and just have fun when working with kids! It also amazes me to see how much children can learn and grow with just the right motivation and support from everyone on their team!
