Occupational Therapist

Basic Information: I am from Omaha, Nebraska, where I attended the College of Saint Mary and received my Masters’s in Occupational Therapy. Go huskers! I am so excited to explore all Arizona has to offer. I have worked with children throughout my life, including being a paraprofessional at a Children’s Respite Care Center and a local elementary school in Nebraska. From a young age I knew I wanted to be in a profession that helps children, and becoming a pediatric occupational therapist has always been a dream of mine!

Interests and Hobbies: My interests and hobbies include running, hiking, spending time with friends and family, and currently exploring my new state!

Favorite Place to Travel: The most beautiful place I’ve traveled to is Greece, and I hope to go back one day! Also, visiting my grandparents on their farm in small-town Nebraska is my favorite place to spend time with family.

Favorite Quote: “Fair isn’t everyone getting the same thing. Fair is everyone getting what they need in order to be successful!”

What I Love Most About Working with Children: I love working with children because of their imagination and ability to spread happiness to everyone they meet. Children inspire me every day to become a better person and teach me valuable lessons along the way. Plus, there is never a dull moment!
