Articulation Groups
What is an Articulation group?
At TEAM 4 Kids the articulation groups are designed to help school-aged kids improve and generalize their speech sounds. In this group, not only will your child have the opportunity to work on their speech sounds, they will also have the opportunity to practice use of learned skills with peers in a safe and fun environment!
Why an Articulation group?
Having the opportunity to practice speech sounds with peers that are focusing on the same skill is great for building a child’s confidence and ensuring carry over of skills learned in individual sessions! Having an environment to practice mastery of speech sound in conversation is essential to ensuring long term success.
Who benefits from this Articulation group?
School-aged kids who are making strong progress on their speech sounds during their individual sessions are ideal candidates for this group. Kids working on any speech sound are also welcome.
When is the Articulation group?
We are excited to offer this group at all of our locations! We currently offer articulation groups:
- Surprise on Wednesday at 5:00pm
- Peoria on Tuesday at 5:00pm
- Avondale on Friday at 4:00pm
