Interview with Becca

Tell us about yourself

I am an RBT at TEAM 4 Kids and I am currently enrolled in a behavior analysis masters program in order to become a BCBA.

Why did you become a Registered Behavior Technician?

I became an RBT because I wanted to help the kiddos have a happy and healthy future.

Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being festive?

I think they nominated me because I love any excuse to dress up for a theme and I absolutely love decorating for any holiday.

What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?

I love the support and positive energy that the team members give.

What is your favorite holiday tradition?

Every year I throw a Halloween party. It’s my favorite holiday to host and I look forward to it throughout the whole year.

Nominations for Becca:

“Becca is always the first person to decorate the ABA room for any given holiday. She always changes the monthly sign for each month’s name and puts up handmade decorations to animate the room for the kiddos. She also always dresses up for all spirit days and goes all out in her festive outfits and decorations (especially Halloween). Becca has a lot of festive spirit and spreads with those around her.”

Becca always participates in the spirit weeks and holiday activities. She decorates the clinic for the holidays and assists others in participating in the festivities.”

She always goes above and beyond to decorate our ABA room and makes sure it looks festive for every month no matter what holiday occurs. She is definitely festive!”

“This girl is the Queen of Halloween! She decorates the ABA room every month and she always goes all out. She would never let me play my Christmas music in October, instead, she would make everyone listen to “This is Halloween” and her spooky playlists.”

Becca participates in all of our themed dress-up days! She has elaborate Halloween costumes planned and doesn’t hesitate to break out the ugly Christmas sweaters.”
