Interview with Nicole
Tell us about yourself:
I was born and raised in Arizona, I have been married for 17 years to my amazing husband and I have 2 high school aged children. On any given weekend you can catch me at the soccer field watching my daughter or the baseball field watching my son pitch. When I was 13 years old I traveled to Denmark, Sweden and England for 3 weeks to play soccer with my club team. I previously worked in the banking industry for over 20 years before joining TEAM 4 Kids
Why did you become a Patient Care Coordinator?
I became a PCC because I was looking for a career change and have always loved helping kids achieve their goals.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for reliability?
I think I was nominated by my co-workers because regardless of what I have going on, I make myself available to help in any way possible. I believe that I have built up enough trust with my co-workers that they know if they ask me a question and I don’t know the answer I will find a solution.
What do you love most about working for TEAM 4 Kids?
I love working for TEAM 4 Kids because the business has created a culture of showing gratitude and appreciation to all employees. Each employee plays a vital role to the success of TEAM 4 Kids.
If you had one wish, what would it be?
My one wish would be that my mom and mother in law were still with us today to enjoy our accomplishments and watch my children grow!
