Interview with Bob

Tell us about yourself

I have the most amazing wife on the planet who has been my rock in all my wacky crazy ideas.

Why did you start T4K?

We wanted to give back to the community in which we were raising our two boys-Surprise!

Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being generous?

I always set out to have a game plan that benefits others. One of my business mentors told me that in order to get what you want, first help others get what they want.

What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?

The Team! I am honored to have employees that I first call family and friends.

If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?

I would wish that people could see the potential I see in them through their own eyes.

Interview with Lisa

Tell us about yourself

I am a mom to two grown boys, enjoy traveling, and my happy place is in the mountains.

Why did you become an Occupational Therapist?

I became an OT because I wanted to help others who have the ability to learn everyday life skills to be as independent as possible, regardless of what obstacle they faced.

Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being generous?

I think I was nominated for being generous because there are so many ways one can be generous. Generosity is seen through your actions, use of words, giving of time, listening, and financial donations. Each person crossing your path could use a different type of generosity – so life is easier and more rewarding to be generous to everyone who crosses your path.

What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?

I love the work-family that has developed and the passion employees put forth to go above and beyond to help our clients and their families.

If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?

Everyone could travel to their happy place once a year!
