Interview with Clint
Tell us about yourself
I’m 34 years old and I grew up in California. I just moved to Arizona in 2022 at the end of the year. I have three brothers and two sisters who are all younger than me, but still adults which is crazy, considering I helped raise them as kids!
Why did you become a Registered Behavior Technician?
I hadn’t even heard of the position until I scrolled through the Indeed app one day. Needless to say, I fell in love with the job because I love kids and helping them succeed.
Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for being kind?
I do my best to ensure everyone is cared for around me whenever I can. I say “good morning” to people every day and I do my best to remember everyone’s names 🙂 also, I listen to hear people as opposed to just listening to respond, if that makes sense.
What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?
The kids! I love helping them grow and learn! When they succeed, I succeed! I do love making friends with my coworkers also, however, the kids keep me happy to come to work every day.
If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?
Equality for every human being.
