Interview with Eila

Tell us about yourself

I was born in Syria and moved to the US when I was 3. I moved to Arizona 12 years ago and love it here! I go to ASU and am currently working on my master’s to become a BCBA.

Why did you become a Registered Behavior Technician?

I came across a job listing and thought “Why not?” I’ve always loved kiddos so it felt like it could be a good fit! Although it wasn’t what I was expecting, I immediately fell in love with the clients and the success that this job allows for those clients!

Why do you think your coworkers nominated you for having a Can-Do Attitude?

I’m so flattered that my coworkers nominated me! 🥹 I try to always stay positive and have faith in myself that I will figure it out one way or another. I’m not afraid to fail and I appreciate any failure as an opportunity to learn and grow.

What do you love most about working with TEAM 4 Kids?

I love coming into work and seeing all of the different sessions going on in the different locations! What I love even more is the smiles and enjoyment on the client’s faces during these sessions. Anywhere you look, there’s an amazing therapist with a genuinely happy kiddo learning and growing!

If you could have one wish come true, what would it be?

If I could have one wish come true, it would be to travel at anytime with no expenses.
